‘The School’ Malaya (1941)

The School - MalayaThe School – Malaya – 1941

A typical Malay school room built on stilts with thatched roof. The Malays’ generally were self sufficient growing vegetables, rice, cocout palms, fruit trees and of course fished. By doing so in their kampongs, (villages) they lived relatively comforable and at an easy pace.
